How to play
18 a side on a big pitch. A real goal at each end, and a big triangle at each end with 3 bases each. Score a goal, then run the bases for a big bonus.
ScoreGet the ball over the line between the posts of the goal on the right. Guard your own goal on the left.
PostsShots can ring off the posts and bounce back into play. The keepers cover the whole goal mouth.
TrianglesA big grass triangle sits at each end of the field around the goal, with 3 bases each. One diamond back from each team starts in each triangle, and the base runners start on the bases.
LapEvery goal is worth 1 point. Then one of the scoring team's base runners runs the bases (if it is your team, you control them). Only base runners ever run the bases. The player who scored kicks the ball out to start it. Then one defender grabs the ball and kicks it at the runner while two more chase to tag them. Touch all 6 bases and get back to the first for 3 more points. Hit, tagged, or out of time, and the lap is over.
Quarter linesThere is a line a quarter of the way from each goal. Defenders can never go past their own quarter line. Attackers can walk past the other team's quarter line and pass the ball there, but only strikers, side forwards and base runners can score from past it. For everyone else a goal only counts if the shot came from behind the line. Score from past the line, or carry the ball in, and it is no goal and the other team gets a free throw.
Free throwRun hard into the player who has the ball instead of the ball, dash into them, or charge into their back, and it is a foul. The fouled team gets a free throw from the dashed free throw line, between the quarter line and the goalie box. It is the only time anyone uses their hands: pick it up, aim, and throw. Only the keeper can stop it.
ControlWhenever a teammate gets the ball, you become that player. Press E or SWITCH to jump to the teammate closest to the ball when you are defending.
DribbleWhen you get the ball it sticks to your feet and goes where you go. It stays yours until an opponent runs into you or the ball and steals it, or you kick it.
Squad18 per team: 1 keeper (K) in goal. 3 defenders (D) on the back line. 2 wide controllers (WC) who run the sidelines from defense up to score. 2 diamond backs (DB), one guarding each diamond. 3 base runners (BR) who only ever stand on the bases and slide along the base lines, then run the lap after goals. 2 side forwards (SF) high up on the wings. 2 strikers (S) at the very front. 3 out mids (OM) in attacking midfield whose job is to set up the strikers, side forwards and base runners.
WinFirst to 20 points, or most points when time runs out. Tied? Next goal wins, no lap needed. In a league match a tie is a draw.
Competitions64 clubs in 4 leagues of 16: Noroligue, Ligali, Moroleuge and Copa de Ligue. Play a 15 match season, once against every league rival, and finish top to lift the trophy. Or enter the Diamond Cup, a knockout of all 64 clubs. Trophies you win stay in your trophy room. After every league season the best player (most goals, assists and base laps) is crowned T.A Player of the Year, the best goal wins T.A Goal of the Year, and there are awards for the Golden Boot (most goals), Playmaker (most assists), Base Runner of the Year (most laps), Young Player of the Year (21 or under) and Golden Glove (best keeper), and every 3 seasons the best player over those seasons is crowned T.A Tri Uni Player. If they play for your team, the award goes in your trophy room. After every league season there is a transfer window: players move between clubs, usually to stronger clubs, and new signings show NEW on their card.
InternationalEvery player has a nationality, shown with a flag on their card. Every country in the world has a national team, which picks the best player at each position from all 64 clubs, and calls up homegrown players where it has to. Play the Diamond World Cup (best 32 nations), or a continental cup: Americas Shield, Euro Crown, Africa Star, Asia Jewel or Oceania Wave.

Champions by year
Pick a year to see who won every trophy and award, from 2030 to 2045. Every past season was simulated match by match, and 2045 is decided by your own games. The World Cup is every 4 years, with the continental cups 2 years later.
Biggest clubs
How big each club is. Honours count every league and Diamond Cup won from 2030 to 2045 in the history. Bigger squads of higher rated players make a club bigger, and so does winning titles. Big clubs buy the best players in the transfer window.
